Dear Pastor, or Praise team Leader,
My name is Tracy Hand with the Lyons Falls Bible Fellowship Church. We are exited about having a 20x40 ft tent at
this years Port Leyden Field Days! We are calling it the Days of Praise Evangelical Outreach!
We realize that we are but one congregation in a large community and are seeking your Churches Participation!
Whether you have a Praise team, or just a member with an accompanying track who would like to sing, a youth
Group who would like to do some skits, or just someone who has a special gift they would like to perform for the
community to exalt Christ, We Welcome you!
As the planning for this event goes on we have discussed Christian Karaoke, An Evangelical movie, Along with
Games for Children. We believe that it is beneficial to the Body of Christ that we introduce our communities to the
congregations that are here to serve them.
As you are reading this I hope the Lord is bringing ideas to your mind, that you may get as exited as we are! The
Port Leyden Field days are Memorial Day weekend! So there isn’t much time! If you would like any more information
you may call me at 348-4089.
We believe that it is important to be unified in this endeavor, and to this end we require an itinerary of performances
(also this will aid in moving things along smoothly) and that the performer or representative of the performers sign a
Statement of Faith, and return it with the itinerary. We suggest that messages center around salvation and right living
for as the Body has many members we sometimes worship the Head differently. These differences Vanish as we lift
up our Lord!
